How to become a Vermiculturist
There is no formal education or license required to becoming a vermiculturist, although those with a background in earth sciences, biology, or a related field may have a better understanding of the benefits of vermicomposting. Either way, a recommended way of learning is to do some research prior to starting your own farm or working for a vermiculturist. This may include visits to other farms and attending vermiculture conventions or seminars. When ready, the 'true schooling' will come from hands-on trial and error experience.
